Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Operations Analyst to support process improvements in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will review data, map current processes, and partner with stakeholders to standardize workflows and reduce waste.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma experience, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team. Washington-based flexibility is valued, with core Pacific time hours expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in business operations or analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Experience identifying waste and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to analyze information and translate findings into improvements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining reliable business records.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document and map current-state processes using Visio.
• Analyze processes to identify waste and inefficiencies.
• Develop future-state maps and implement improved workflows.
• Create and maintain SOPs, docs, and work instructions.
• Review data and system information to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Perform data entry and validation to keep systems accurate.
• Track progress of process improvement efforts and deliverables.
• Support standardization across processes and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Document business processes and supporting controls.
• Maintain project communications and metrics.
• Support project work breakdown structures and budgets as needed.
• Monitor timelines, costs, and expenditures when applicable.
• Review requirements, contracts, and related documentation as assigned.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership on changes and priorities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to partners.
• Maintain attention to detail in documentation and records.
