Job summary

ProMach is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze and improve processes across the organization, enabling ERP initiatives and lean operations. You will collaborate with functional teams and the corporate IT group to implement ERP solutions, with a focus on SyteLine and data-driven improvements.

The role can be located remotely near a Statco-DSI division (preferably near St. Louis, MO) and reports to the Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain, and/or Business preferred.
• 5+ years' related work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SyteLine, up to implementation development and support.
• Ability to mine/extract data to support core business processes.
• Proficient in SQL querying and ERP project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes with internal partners and ERP projects.
• Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs.
• Map processes, document tools, and support lean operations.
• Support ERP rollouts and ERP implementations with corporate IT.
• Collaborate with divisions to share best practices and ERP standards across the business unit.
