Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Business Process & Data Analyst to help optimize workflows and improve service delivery. You will analyze processes, document requirements, and support automation using SQL, VBA, Python, and Access. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, KPI development, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Experience with business process modeling, process design, requirements management, and project coordination.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Cloudera or Hadoop.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop current-state and future-state process flows and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Support automation and optimization initiatives using SQL, VBA, Python, and related tools.
• Translate business objectives into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and monitor performance against goals.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Assist in evaluating costs, benefits, risks, and implementation strategies.
