CEVA Logistics is seeking a Process‑Focused Implementation Engineer to lead and support deployment of Manhattan WMS/OMS across North American networks. This remote role emphasizes defining workflows, documenting SOPs, and coordinating with Super Users, Operations, IT, and Training teams to ensure successful go‑live adoption.

You will collaborate with Deployment Managers, Training teams, and cross‑functional teams to align process and system documentation while contributing to a centralized

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and 4–6 years of warehouse or order management process design and implementation experience.
• Strong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.
• Experience in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments.
• Cross-functional deployment team experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define operational workflows for warehouse and order management functions.
• Translate requirements into Manhattan Active system behaviors and functional specs.
• Create detailed process documentation and SOPs; develop System Work Instructions with Super Users.
