Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an Implementation (Process) Engineer for a remote role with substantial travel in North America. You will define operational workflows and ensure standardized SOPs for deployment of Manhattan WMS/OMS, working with Super Users, Operations, IT, and Training teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 4–6 years in process design, with experience in 3PL or fulfillment environments. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or order management process design and implementation.
• Strong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.
• Experience in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and map operational workflows for warehouse and order management functions.
• Translate requirements into Manhattan Active system behaviors and functional specs.
• Create SOPs and system work instructions for training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process and system documentation.
