Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Novi, MI seeks a Senior Manager to lead Operational Excellence and Enablement for the Americas Portable division. The role drives end-to-end process improvements, defines standards, creates metrics, and oversees training governance, partnering with technology teams to connect process, data, and people for measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years in process improvement, operations, or enablement, incl. 2+ years leading people or projects.
• Hands-on experience optimizing cross-functional processes with measurable results.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent with completed improvement projects.
• Experience leading regional workstreams within transformation or system implementation programs.
• Experience partnering with IT/business systems on requirements, prioritization, and adoption.
• Experience developing or overseeing training and enablement programs.
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence across the Americas Portable business and cross-functional handoffs.
• Map, document, and standardize end-to-end processes with ownership and metrics.
• Build and manage a regional improvement roadmap aligning design, data, and adoption.
• Prioritize and manage continuous improvement pipeline and high-value opportunities.
• Translate process pain points into IT/business system requirements and partner on adoption.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects from charter to control with validated benefits.
• Assess automation opportunities to improve performance and reduce workarounds.
• Close the loop with user feedback and measure realized impact.
