Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing contested probate and fiduciary litigation from evaluation to resolution.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Appearing in court, mediation participation, and settlements negotiations.
• Advising personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and clients.
• Handling or supervising estate and trust administration matters.
• Collaborating with attorneys and support staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Contributing to development and improvement of the probate practice.
