Aufgaben

• Manage contested probate and fiduciary litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Appear in court, participate in mediation, and negotiate settlements.
• Advise personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and other clients.
• Handle or supervise estate and trust administration matters.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the probate practice.
