Job summary

We. Communications is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Business Growth to drive the U.S. proactive growth program and partner across the agency’s sector and service teams. You will research priority prospects, build discovery materials, and nurture relationships across target accounts.

The role includes coordinating outreach, managing nurture plans, and ensuring timely action on opportunities, with a strong emphasis on data quality and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years communications industry experience required. Previous experience in business development a plus.
• Strong demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Support the agency’s proactive growth program, translating strategy into actions and measurable progress.
• Partner with sector and service teams on priority proactive targets, maintaining focused prospect lists and next steps.
• Conduct desktop research on priority prospects to develop discovery documents and executive profiles.
• Help develop and manage prospect nurture strategies with relevant moments, content, events, research and relationship opportunities.
• Support proactive outreach tied to agency initiatives, including conferences, webinars, and executive engagement.
• Manage proactive prospect tracking and CRM hygiene to ensure data accuracy and progress across the funnel.
• Conduct LinkedIn research and relationship mapping to identify decision-makers and pathways into priority organizations.
• Project manage proactive activity across teams, ensuring actions are executed on time.
• Identify timely opportunities for engagement from company announcements and industry developments.
• Own and support internal prospecting intelligence and Movers & Shakers communications.
