Job summary

Merakey's LumiCare arm seeks a PRN Remote Registered Nurse to join our telehealth team. You will assess health concerns, provide clinical guidance, and support contracted provider partners.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, reside in OH, DE, PA, TX, TN, LA, FL, or VA, and have 1–2 years of acute or ambulatory care experience in the U.S. Familiarity with IDD group homes is a plus; remote shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient health concerns and determine level of care.
• Provide clinical guidance and nursing support using approved protocols.
• Monitor remote patient data and compliance alerts.
• Advise on actions for vital sign or compliance issues.
• Respond to symptom inquiries and health questions using clinical software and guidelines.
• Document interactions and recommendations per standards.

Skills

RN license

Residency in allowed states

Clinical experience 1–2 years

IDD group home experience (preferred)
