LumiCare, a Merakey family company, is seeking a PRN Remote Registered Nurse to provide professional telehealth support to contracted partners. The RN will assess health concerns, offer clinical guidance, and facilitate timely care recommendations from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, 1–2 years of U.S. clinical experience, and reside in OH, DE, PA, TX, TN, LA, FL, or VA. Overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN Compact License.
• Must reside in OH, DE, PA, TX, TN, LA, FL, or VA.
• 1–2 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care in the U.S.
• IDD group home experience preferred.
• Additional RN licenses as determined by Lumicare.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient health concerns, determining the appropriate level of care and intervention.
• Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address patient needs and provide nursing guidance.
• Monitor remote patient support and monitoring systems, reviewing vital sign data and compliance alerts.
• Advise the customer or their support team on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts.
• Respond to symptom-based inquiries, injuries, and general health questions using approved clinical software, nursing protocols, and guideline resources.
• Document patient interactions and recommendations accurately and in accordance with organizational standards.

Position Details
