Job summary

Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a fully remote, full-time recruiter/sales professional to join our nationwide domestic staffing team. You will leverage inbound leads, high-net-worth networks, and our established client base to place candidates in private households.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and requires experience in private service, executive support, or estate management. Join a trusted agency with ongoing job orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following: private household or estate management; executive or personal assistance; professional childcare in affluent households; domestic staffing, luxury hospitality, or family office support; or recruiting, staffing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client and candidate leads.
• Guide clients through registration and placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and placement terms.
• Manage multiple job orders, clients, and candidates in our CRM.
• Make a minimum of 100 candidate calls per week and collaborate daily with the team in our virtual office.
