• Knowledge of regulations and laws affecting private placements and note purchase agreements.
• Knowledge of private placement debt structures and related closing documentation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer security setup, documentation, and reporting for private placement investments.
• Build foundational knowledge of private placements and investment process through exposure to portfolio managers and operations colleagues.
• Serve as operational contact; respond to inquiries, coordinate actions, and communicate with issuers and other stakeholders.
