Job summary

MetLife Investment Management (MIM) is seeking a Private Placement Operations Analyst to execute end-to-end private placement and infrastructure debt processes. You will collaborate across teams and clients to ensure timely settlement and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in investment operations, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; preference for Aladdin or Kyriba experience. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in investment operations, incl. private placements and infra debt settlements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience supporting institutional clients, funds, or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute private placement and infra debt transactions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure smooth investment lifecycle and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.
• Lead projects to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.
