Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking an operations leader to oversee Direct Retail functions, focusing on client experience via adherence to enterprise guidelines and risk framework. The role entails coaching, oversight, and performance tracking to meet SLAs.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of Reverse Operations experience; underwriting exposure is a plus. Excellent leadership and organizational skills are required to drive efficiency and service excellence across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Reverse Operations Experience.
• Underwriting experience (DE) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing staff, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within SLAs.
• Work with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Review escalations for resolution of complex issues.
• Identify areas for improving process efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Assist the Direct Retail Assistant Operations Manager with onboarding and training.
• Ensure all loans meet government, regulatory and Mutual guidelines.
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
