Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME REMOTE PRIVATE PAY COLLECTION SPECIALIST with strong prior insurance billing and customer service experience. The role focuses on accounts receivable for private pay, driving cash collections, and coordinating with sites to resolve delinquencies.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of accounting, billing, or collections experience in a healthcare environment.
• Prior insurance billing and customer service experience preferred.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable for current and outstanding Private accounts with the goal to collect payments.
• Maintain monthly cash collection goals and drive performance to reduce bad debt.
• Communicate professionally with Responsible Parties and sites to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
• Verify accurate billing information and liaison with internal teams as needed.
• Exhibit strong time management in a fast-paced remote environment.
