Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a full-time remote Patient Accounts Receivable associate to collect self-pay balances for franchise partners. You will research accounts, verify benefits, arrange payments, and maintain clear financial communication with patients and franchisees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous self-pay collections experience, preferably in infusion or medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review benefits verification forms and admission agreements to determine patient financial responsibilities.
• Process patient payments and set up payment arrangements.
• Identify accounts for write-offs and/or collection options.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communications with patients and franchisees.
