Job summary

Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate for a fully remote role, with an 8-5 PST schedule.

The position supports Private Client Group personal lines accounts and requires an active P&C license; California personal lines experience is strongly preferred. You will handle policy servicing, administrative support, customer communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service, while working with Account Managers to grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and address changes.
• Manage emails, faxes and return mail and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide docs.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Support account managers to service books of business and retain clients.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and licensure requirements.
