The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Reporting & Private Awards Specialist for the Great Plains Division to provide centralized reporting, award administration, and financial reporting support. You will work with Finance Directors, Development staff, and program teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and donor compliance across multiple Pods/BUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years' related experience or equivalent combination.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Workday including data entry, reporting, recruiting, and/or other functions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and prepare private award financial reporting for donor-funded projects and restricted funding sources.
• Ensure financial reports comply with donor requirements, award agreements, and organizational standards.
• Support standardized reporting procedures, calendars, and documentation across divisions.
• Provide guidance and training on reporting tools, templates, and financial stewardship requirements.
