Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead privacy capabilities across Hallmark Products and Hallmark Media. You will shape a scalable privacy ecosystem, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other regulations while enabling secure, real-time consumer experiences.

You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities, champion Privacy by Design, and drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience focused on privacy and data platforms.
Experience enabling privacy-focused products and automating compliance workflows.
Experience applying privacy regulations and data governance in business/tech contexts.
Experience with tools such as OneTrust, OvalEdge, Teradata warehouses, AWS, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of privacy-related products and capabilities.
Drive adoption and optimization of data tools like Data Catalogs, Data Maps, and Consent Management Platforms.
Develop capabilities supporting data quality, consent management, data enrichment, and identity resolution.
Prioritize features, define epics and user stories, and work with agile teams to deliver solutions.
Gather and analyze data to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure product performance.
Build alignment and drive decisions in complex, regulated environments.
