Job summary

Hallmark Corporate is seeking a Privacy Governance Administrator to lead privacy governance across Hallmark Media and Hallmark Product & Retail. You will manage DSARs, data inventories, data mapping, PIAs, and vendor privacy reviews.

Partner with Legal, Information Security, IT, Procurement, Marketing, Data & Analytics to embed privacy into operations; develop privacy scorecards and executive reporting. This U.S.-based, hybrid role offers a Kansas City base with some remote work, a salary range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in data, analytics, data governance, compliance, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years supporting or leading data privacy, privacy governance, or regulatory initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional governance, compliance, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate legal/regulatory requirements into practical business actions and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Privacy Assessments (PAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for products, technologies, vendors, and processes.
• Oversee privacy governance, audits, and regulatory inquiries; drive remediation.
• Maintain privacy policies, standards, and governance documentation; develop scorecards and exec reporting.
• Administer Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and consumer rights processes; ensure timely delivery.
• Promote privacy awareness and incident response; partner with Legal, Security, IT, Procurement, and business functions.
