Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Privacy Implementation Lead in the United States. The role drives privacy requirements across an AI-powered platform, translating legal obligations into technical and operational controls.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security teams to embed privacy into products, systems, and data workflows. Reporting to the VP of Legal, Privacy, you will coordinate initiatives, validate controls, document data flows, and establish scalable processes ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in privacy operations or related fields.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, or comparable teams.
• Ability to translate regulatory guidance into technical requirements and actionable steps.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and U.S. state privacy laws.
• Experience implementing or managing privacy, tracking, governance, or technical workflow tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools or automation to improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong documentation.
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Translate privacy obligations and regulatory guidance into technical requirements with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Lead operational privacy initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams to manage deliverables.
• Support privacy controls across digital properties, ads tech, and data collection practices.
• Document data flows, system dependencies, integrations, and storage practices.
• Develop reporting guidelines and establish data retention requirements.
• Implement and manage privacy, compliance, tracking, and governance tools.
• Test and document privacy controls including consent signals and retention safeguards.
• Establish repeatable processes for privacy intake, backlog management, and QA.
