Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with prior authorization, denials, or appeals.
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role overseeing blended domestic/offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and authorization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Prior Authorization Denials & Appeals, PA360, and PA Mismatch teams.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for domestic and offshore staff.
• Monitor KPIs across productivity, turnaround times, and quality; drive improvements to authorization workflows.
