Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Prior Authorization Specialist with EPIC experience to manage insurance verifications and authorizations from submission to approval. This remote role requires strong communication with payors and clinicians and adherence to HIPAA.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of prior authorization in healthcare, a high school diploma, and comfort with EMR systems. Hours are Mon-Fri 7am-6pm PST, 40 hours weekly, with pay between $21 and $23 per hour and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete insurance verifications, submit and track prior authorizations.
