Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Remote Prior Authorization Specialist with EPIC experience to handle insurance verifications, submit prior authorizations and track them through approval.

You will communicate with providers and payors, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support daily revenue cycle operations in a fast-paced, remote environment. This full-time role offers 7am–6pm PST hours, a $21–$23 hourly rate, and a performance bonus incentive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior authorization experience.
• Proficient EPIC experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and utilization review.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete insurance verifications and submit prior authorizations.
• Track authorizations from submission through approval.
• Communicate with providers and insurance payors about status.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and support revenue cycle operations.
