Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Pay: $20.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, assigned 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT (mandatory overtime) Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT (attendance is critical)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician to handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and other callers. You’ll provide professional phone support through a criteria-based prior authorization process, document approvals/denials accurately, and route clinical/judgment questions to a pharmacist.

• Work across multiple systems while on calls

Remote Work Requirements (Must Have)

• Hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not acceptable)
• Internet speed of 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum

• Smartphone required (for use of the PING application)
