Responsibilities

• Coordinate prior authorizations with insurance companies.
• Document patient needs and authorization status across systems.
• Assist patients with insurance claims and adherence by phone.
• Enter data in pharmacy systems and manage follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and liaisons to support patient care.
• Maintain records and participate in process improvements.
