Pharmacy Careers is seeking a fully remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to review requests from home and apply evidence-based criteria with high clinical impact. This role offers flexibility and predictable schedules, with no commute.

You will collaborate with medical directors and clinical teams to assess requests, ensure compliance with CMS/state regulations, and support initiatives that improve access to therapies for members. A PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy is required, with a U.S.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license (multi-state preferred).
