Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a fully remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to review medication requests from home, apply evidence-based criteria, and help patients access therapies with a reliable schedule.

This 100% remote role offers flexible day/evening options and no weekend or holiday requirements in most positions, providing direct impact on patient access while building managed-care expertise.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license.
• New graduates and career changers encouraged to apply.
• Experience in hospital, ambulatory, community, or clinical pharmacy valued.

Responsibilities
