Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a fully remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to review medication requests from home, applying evidence-based criteria and CMS/plan standards to ensure timely access.

You will collaborate with medical directors and clinical teams on complex cases, maintain high-quality documentation, and contribute to process improvements while enjoying flexible day or evening options and a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.Pharm degree required.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the U.S.
• Hospital/ambulatory/clinical pharmacy background preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail required.
• Experience with CMS/state/health-plan guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to document clearly and professionally.
