Responsibilities

• Create and maintain FSIPAP strategic communications plan, including mapping audiences and key messages.
• Plan and schedule mass email bulletins for project stakeholders.
• Translate technical language into user-friendly communications.
• Support change management needs and internal messaging for HCA teams.
• Coordinate external communications to managed care organizations and providers.
• Coordinate content updates for webpages and provider communications materials.
• Plan and schedule email bulletins for Apple Health billers and providers.
