Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Printer Programmer & IT Support Specialist. This role involves programming and configuring printers, maintaining accurate tracking using Excel, and providing basic IT support related to networking and device connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Program and configure various types of printers (thermal, laser, inkjet, etc.) to meet operational requirements.

Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track printer inventory, configurations, maintenance schedules, and usage logs.

Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues, including connectivity, driver installation, and firmware updates.

Set up and manage printer IP addresses, DHCP reservations, and network configurations.

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless printer integration into the network.

Provide basic IT support for hardware and software issues related to printers and peripheral devices.

Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
