Hiring: Formatter / Proofreader | 100% Remote | 12-Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Formatter/Proofreader to support a regulatory team.

Start Date: August (Exact date TBD by department)

Part-Time: Up to 20 hours/week, with potential to increase based on department needs

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 5+ years required

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread regulatory application sections for:
• Narrative consistency
• Grammar, punctuation, and syntax
• Adherence to ALCS style guides
• Format documents electronically for regulatory submissions
• Convert reference articles into publishable formats
• Ensure formatting meets journal submission requirements for scientific manuscripts

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of proofreading/formatting experience
• Proficiency in Starting Point, EndNote, and SharePoint
• Prior experience with FDA regulatory work, especially related to tobacco, preferred
• Strong background in formatting scientific documents
