Are you a Master’s graduate with a passion for language accuracy and content clarity? Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience in reviewing and refining written materials? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Proofreader.

Position Title: Proofreader

Location: Remote

Duration: 3+ months with a high possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research and cross-reference facts where needed to ensure content integrity.
• Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to enhance the quality and consistency of materials.
• Ensure content is clear, concise, and appropriate for the intended audience.
• Assist in developing and refining editorial standards and processes.
• Stay updated with language trends and industry-specific terminology.
• Deliver timely, high-quality edited content across various formats, including articles, reports, presentations, and digital resources.
• Quickly adapt to project requirements and meet expected productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
• Actively participate in project meetings and provide feedback on content and editing tools.
• Help interpret client or stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into the editing process.
• Generate editorial and quality assurance reports as needed.
• Adapt swiftly to changing project guidelines and maintain compliance with editorial policies.

Required Skills:
