As we continue expanding internationally, we are looking for a Proofreader to join our Production team. In this role, you’ll review client promotional data and compare it to the ads produced by our Production Artists. You’ll correct any errors before the final proofs are sent to the client for approval, and then off to print. If you’ve worked in a role that required inputting and reviewing large amounts of alphanumeric data—checking for grammar, language, or typographical errors—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Proofreader, your primary responsibilities would include:

• Consuming and processing information related to customer data, sales/promotional data, product images, etc., which may come via email, Excel spreadsheets, API feeds, etc.
• Reviewing and formatting this data so it can be used to produce deliverables.
• Proofreading deliverables created by our internal production teams to ensure they are error-free, consistent, and accurate before submitting them to the client for review:
• Reviewing for grammatical, numerical, and imagery/art design errors
• Ensuring all client brand guidelines have been followed
• Repeating the process until client expectations are met
• Collaborating with your team to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
• Staying current with daily changes, rules, and guidelines that may affect deliverables
• Supporting the tracking of information and creation of dashboards related to the proofreading process

· High School Diploma.

· Advanced English level (B2+).

· Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Motivation to learn complex programs and processes.

· Ability to work autonomously and self-motivation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

· Professional degree in Communication, Advertising, Foreign Languages, Admin, or related areas.

· 6+ months of experience in a proofreader capacity.
