Job summary

Imprimus Labels & Packaging is seeking an experienced Print Coordinator to support a strategic customer in Santa Clarita, CA. You will coordinate print projects from initial request through production and final delivery, liaising with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in print coordination within flexographic or lithographic printing, strong project management skills, and proficiency in print workflows and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in print coordination or print management in flexographic or lithographic printing is required.
• Experience with pressure-sensitive label printing or flexible films printing is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple customer projects from development through manufacturing and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of print/manufacturing workflows including artwork/prepress, materials, production scheduling, quality, expediting, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer print projects from initial request through production and final delivery.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between the customer and internal/external teams.
• Coordinate launches, SKUs, transitions, artwork changes, and material changes.
• Manage proofs, revisions, specifications, approvals, and customer sign-off.
• Track timelines, open orders, production schedules, inventory, and delivery commitments.
• Identify delays or risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Coordinate rush requests and expedited orders with capacity and lead times in mind.
• Collaborate with Planning and Production on capacity, materials, tooling, scheduling, and delivery.
• Support customer inventory programs and shipment releases.
• Coordinate with Quality on complaints, corrective actions, credits, and resolution.
