The role combines analytical rigor with executive-level communication and deep domain expertise to bridge strategy and execution and to shape and sell value-driven solutions.

You'll guide multi-workstream engagements, manage scope and budgets, and mentor teams while delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Structured way of thinking and problem solving across complex issues.
• Experience leading large transformation programs for diverse business capabilities.
• Clear and persuasive communication with executives; compelling decks and stories.
• Builds and sustains long-term client relationships grounded in trust and expectations management.
• Excellent planning to manage multi-workstream engagements on time and budget.
• Collaborates across cross-functional teams and leads engaging workshops.
• Reads room, handles pushback, stays poised under pressure.
• Deep domain knowledge in at least one major industry (e.g., CPG, Retail, Airlines).
• Functional expertise in merchandising/commercial excellence, marketing, supply chain, or innovation.
• Ability to map processes and drive improvements across operations.
• Awareness of SaaS/data platforms, analytics, AI, and core systems bridging business and tech.
• Can carry solutions through to sale and delivery, not just framing problems.
• Frames work around client outcomes and trade-offs, not just deliverables.
