Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or similar role leading large cross-team programs.
• Strong experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms.
• Track record of owning end-to-end delivery for complex technical initiatives.
• Technically fluent in modern software architectures and able to work with engineering on systems and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy and planning through launch and post-launch learning.
• Translate business and product priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and execution rhythms.
• Align Product, Engineering, and Design teams on scope, sequencing, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Drive program execution across complex platform areas, including identity, access, monetization, and internal tooling.
• Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to ensure technical plans are scalable and maintainable.
