A1M Solutions seeks a Principal Software Engineer (Systems Architect) to shape strategic and tactical direction across contracts in the Technology Delivery Practice. You will lead high-autonomy work, provide expert consultation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with managers, directors, and clients to drive scalable, secure systems.

You’ll investigate Medicaid modernization challenges, interview state and vendor stakeholders, and recommend system improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to write high-quality, reusable code and design systems.
• Experience delivering software in government or regulated environments.
