Jobgether is seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA to lead architecture and operations for a multi-tenant cloud platform. You will own high-availability patterns, DR readiness, and cross-region replication while guiding incident response and root-cause analysis.

You will implement CDC, transactional replication, and performance tuning, collaborating with client DBAs and IT teams. Strong mentoring and documentation skills are essential, with a focus on scalable, automated database operations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator with SQL Server 2016+.
• Deep expertise in Always On Availability Groups and Distributed Availability Groups.
• Proficient in T-SQL, SSMS, and SQL Server Agent.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup architecture, and recovery-chain integrity.
• Strong skills in performance tuning, query optimization, and incident resolution.

Responsabilités

• Lead SQL Server architecture and operations for high availability and DR across a multi-tenant cloud platform.
• Design and maintain Always On AGs and DAGs, including cross-region replication topologies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex database incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage CDC and transactional replication across production environments.
• Oversee performance monitoring, indexing, and resource optimization for multiple tenants.
• Establish robust backup and recovery strategies ensuring data integrity and uptime.
• Develop automation for database administration using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Collaborate with client DBAs and IT teams on data integrations and cutovers.
• Define standards, docs, procedures, and best practices for the DBA team.
• Mentor engineers and drive service delivery across a global organization.
• Identify systemic risks and drive improvements to architecture and processes.
• Balance priorities and communicate decisions effectively in a fast-paced setting.
