Dfns is building the backbone of wallet infrastructure for the financial era. We seek a Principal Solutions Engineer to design integrations for complex environments, guide deployments, and provide end-to-end technical support to institutions, fintechs, and enterprises across the Americas.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires a blend of deep technical skill and strong communication to act as an advisor to CTOs and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions engineering or related roles.
• Track record deploying mission-critical systems for institutions/enterprises.
• Proficient in TypeScript with REST API experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native systems (AWS essential).
• Excellent communicator bridging technical and business; strong documentation and demos.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding and integration for financial institutions and fintechs.
• Build secure, scalable deployment pathways bridging legacy and modern systems.
• Provide hands-on support; troubleshoot and build solutions with client teams.
• Collaborate with sales on technical proposals, demos and RFP responses.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides.
• Gather client feedback and translate into product/API improvements.
• Represent DFNS at conferences, workshops, and customer meetings.
