Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture strategy, data platform design, systems integration, and AI-enabled solutions. Remote and full-time, you will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, engineering, and supply chain domains.

The role requires 8+ years in architecture leadership, strong SQL, APIs, cloud, and DevOps expertise, plus excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering, data science, IT, or equivalent
• 8+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or related fields
• 3+ years designing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and governance
• Strong SQL skills and analytics-driven solutions
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, ETL/ELT, cloud platforms, DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of SDLC and modern application design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices
• Design scalable data, analytics, and application architectures
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, and integration strategies
• Architect solutions across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, engineering, and supply chain systems
• Establish data governance, security, and quality standards
• Mentor technical teams and provide solution leadership
• Drive AI, analytics, and workflow automation initiatives
• Partner with leadership on technology strategy and transformation efforts
• Support platform scalability, optimization, and long-term planning
