Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technical, Engineering, Math) or related scientific areas.
• Preferred: Master's in STEM (Science, Technical, Engineering, Math) or related scientific areas.
• Minimum 15 years with a bachelor's degree, or 12 years with a master's degree.
• Proven track‑record working with aerospace software systems from conceptual design through deployment and operations.
• Proven track‑record leading multi‑disciplinary teams to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of Airbus U.S.'s satellite software systems, focusing on flight software delivery across the full lifecycle: requirements, validation, verification and operations.
• Provide autonomous solutions for complex problems under the Systems Engineering Manager, with project and SME responsibility.
• Perform systems engineering tasks for satellite software systems including requirements definition, decomposition and RVTM traces.
