10+ years experience in software engineering with leadership in design and development of complex systems.
Strong track record with microservice architectures on modern stacks.
Experience leading technical decisions and aligning engineering with business goals.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Leads end-to-end design and development of software solutions including backend and integrations.
Collaborates with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliverables.
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers.
Drives architectural decisions and ensures coding standards and quality principles are followed.
Stays updated with emerging technologies and drives adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Conducts code reviews to ensure maintainability and system stability.
