Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications.
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases.
• Healthcare/workers' comp or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design discussions across multiple applications and services in .NET and front-end stacks.
• Unblock teams, translate requirements into executable technical plans, and ensure predictable delivery.
• Contribute high-quality code in C#/VB.NET and build web apps (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WinForms, Web Forms).
• Mentor teammates, promote CI/CD and testing standards, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.
