Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth and hands-on leadership in a modernizing, legacy-heavy environment. You will guide teams across .NET, SQL Server, and front-end stacks, with Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and modern tooling.

You will contribute code where needed and mentor others while driving CI/CD maturity, testing, and observability. This remote-first role supports collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications in C# (.NET Framework + .NET Core).
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design discussions across multiple applications and services.
• Provide hands-on guidance across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks to unblock teams.
• Contribute high-quality code in .NET and front-end technologies as needed.
• Elevate engineering practices through reviews, mentoring, and CI/CD improvements.
