One Call is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth and hands-on leadership in a complex environment undergoing modernization. The role balances technical decision-making with delivery excellence across .NET Framework and .NET Core, SQL Server, and modern front-end tech.

You will guide engineers, drive pragmatic tradeoffs, and ensure high-quality software delivery across mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications in C# and VB.NET.
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design discussions across multiple applications and services.
• Provide pragmatic, hands-on guidance to teams working across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks.
• Elevate engineering practices: code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor teammates and promote safe AI-assisted development practices.
