Job summary

Primerica is seeking a Registered Principal Support Specialist for a fully remote role. The position offers a starting salary of $35K if not licensed, $50K if licensed, with an increase to $50K after all exams are passed.

The role supports top producers, partners with Securities Reps, and collaborates with management on department improvements. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years securities industry experience is preferred, with required Series 6/26 or 7/24 licenses or through a learning agreement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3 years work experience in the Securities Industry.
• Series 6 and 26 or 7 and 24 licenses required or may be obtained through a learning agreement.
• Knowledge of individual securities and market dynamics preferred.
• Effective writing, presentation, coaching skills.
• Effective problem solving/analysis skills.
• Excellent PC computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies.
• FLSA status: exempt (not eligible for overtime pay)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to top producers’ telephone inquiries.
• Function as a sales partner to assigned Securities Rep and work with management to implement department changes, improvements and enhancements.
