Qualifications

• Ability to learn and explain financial concepts and products such as insurance, investments, and mortgages in clear, accessible language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and conducting remote consultations.
• Organizational skills for managing client information, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort with using digital tools and online platforms for meetings, presentations, and client communication.
• Willingness to complete any required licensing or certifications for offering financial products (company support may be provided).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
