TechLife Columbus is seeking a remote Principal Program Manager with extensive program and portfolio experience to support a new HR initiative. This contractor will coordinate across business and technology teams, manage implementation partners and vendors, and drive delivery through FY27–FY28.

The role emphasizes visibility, governance, and strategic alignment, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maturing PM practices.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in programs and portfolios.
• Experience leading large-scale programs and cross-functional teams.
• Vendor management and collaboration with partners.
• Strong leadership and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, oversight, and coordination of portfolios across domains.
• Partner with product managers on intake and demand planning.
• Coordinate capacity planning and dependency mapping across teams.
• Track and report delivery health against portfolio plans and goals.
• Mentor junior team members and mature PM practices across portfolios.
